Thats because „voluntary exchange of goods and services“ is not actually definitional of capitalism and can also be found in mutualism, market socialism, voluntaryism, etc.
What‘s definitional of capitalism are rent and wage labor. Defining capitalism as free markets is nothing but the greatest history revision of our time.
What are those? Do any of those restrict what consenting adults are allowed to keep and trade?
