I totally agree. I was bought some & the problem I have is that I think they're the best tech product I've ever owned (and I have _a lot_). The build quality is flawless, the audio quality is superb, the battery lasts well, the videos it takes are brilliant - stabilised, rich & still quite high resolution - and "my view" creating amazing memories of the kids, they charge well, the case is robust, practical & sleek. The AI features are actually really useful. I use a lot of AI and the integration is really easy to use and efficient. I wanted to hate them, I am very conscious of my data privacy (I am a data eng) but these things are bloody good.
They have quite a lot of options to switch off ai and cloud and sharing or retaining media, I am just conscious of the eventual rug-pull or when it turns out they were doing more with the data than they said.
