I'd love to try this out! I'm apprehensive as a lot of Apple App Store reviews by users say they can't get the wallet to work. Only has a 2 star rating. 👀

Breez wallet does not use the Breez SDK, yet. FWIW, Breez has worked great for me for over a year.
