Can you define “global markets”?

(Not trying to bait you, merely trying to understand your context as from my context, “global [public] markets” have been closed since Friday afternoon Eastern and won’t reopen until Sunday 5pm Eastern.)

So I’m curious which global markets you are looking at on a Saturday?
