I’ve honed my regimen to be about 2 oz of raw liver per week. As with anything consumed raw, it should be high quality.
It’s not particularly tasty, but I’ve gotten used to it over the past few weeks. By consuming raw instead of cooked, it is more bioavailable, healing, and preventative against disease.
