I’ve always been the parent that signs their kid up to as many things as possible because Iike to see what they might be in to…my mom and dad ( nostr:npub1qsxjcamkne5ygrdyqlt22f8haegmtucue9mpw3jvcxm8qe46d0fqgfetpq ) did that and i appreciated it. But sometimes it doesn’t work and you question whether or not you should push yourchild in to something. Well today E did NOT want to tryout for softball. I sorta ‘forced’ him to, while also providing tons of encouragement.

Now: ‘mommy I’m in for two more years at least’…💜💜💜 #kidstr #grownostr #sportstr

I see you nostr:npub1cj8znuztfqkvq89pl8hceph0svvvqk0qay6nydgk9uyq7fhpfsgsqwrz4u can’t wait to hear about your kid adventures and for our little guys to play some ball together💜

I’m so thankful my parents forced me into some of these things…

Keep going!

Sometimes kids just need a bit of encouragement and then once they tried smth they like it

💜 thanks max! Agree

do what you think is right and it the highest standard possible. Let the chips fall where they may

You're teaching your child;

to overcome their fears

Not be stuck in their head

Feelings arnt always right

Example; I didn't get to choose if I went bowling when I was 3-7.

At 15 I was begging to go on weekdays when there was no league. I had a 210 average.

And im still hitting 150s with a house ball today.

What your doing is the best thing for your child being a parent. Keep it up. 👍💜🫂
