The Cypherpunks like @adam3us weren’t able to connect the dots and invent #Bitcoin  despite being experts.

It took a person/group like Satoshi with “range” and interdisciplinary vision to discover #Bitcoin .

Maybe Satoshi had “range” & interdisciplinary vision that Adam lacks.

The reason I say this now is because we have to Steelman #Bitcoin .

Drivechains are a clear modification to the miner Block Reward schedule. Changing miner incentives changes the game theory of #Bitcoin in ways we don’t fully understand.

To suggest we “need” Drivechains on #Bitcoin  or that Drivechains will improve #Bitcoin  before doing thorough building and/or testing of such a system feels very misguided.

We need to zoom out appreciate the #Bitcoin  Goldilocks zone.

Also, side note… it is odd to me that so many of the famous cypherpunks are public facing and don’t use Nyms.

Why doesn’t Adam Back use a Nym to talk about #Bitcoin ?

Surely his skills & knowledge would not be held back by using a Nym.
