I like this aspect of #Nostr. Other social network platforms algorithmically boost visibility based on likes and shares.

There's no algorithm to game on Nostr. Instead, if you're optimizing for visibility, you're trying to create content that humans want, not bots. And if you're optimizing for zaps/sats, same deal.

Yes, but the most popular client may implement something like this and people may like it. It’s good right now with a small crowd, if it was 10 times the size, or 100, then I am sure I’ll need some filtering and prioritization to make it work! 🐶🐾🫡

Certainly. But so long as the issue is not on the protocol level, anyone can spin up a new client - and they’re doing it already quite a bit. Since we’re usually comparing to Twitter right now (though this is only one Nostr use case), this is hugely a fundamentally different.
