I don't think that having both features on one app was that confusing. But if helps with maintenance I'll gladly install both.
Released new versions of 0xchat and XChat. To avoid confusion, 0xchat will focus on NIP-17 DMs and NIP-29 groups, while XChat will focus on MLS groups.

Indeed, MLS adds extra maintenance in 0xchat, but maybe once MLS becomes more stable, we’ll add it back into 0xchat.
But still, I think 0xchat and XChat have different focuses: NIP-17 and NIP-29 are more oriented toward an 'open network', while MLS is more oriented toward a 'closed network'.
