Yeah using bitcoin to pay to relays is 💯; get flagged for spam abuse and get rejected sats lost. Although at some point im sure bot farms will target a cost/benefit of different relays.
GEE I WONDER WHAT PAYMENT RAIL MIGHT BE PURPOSE BUILT FOR THIS KIND OF THING ELON???
