Yesterday evening, I picked a lot of sour cherries. After cutting off a big, sucking branch last fall, the tree finally has a looot of fruits again!🍒🍒🍒

Hmm, so how do we want to process them? We decided to make sour cherry wine!🍷

My grandma told me that in the past, they couldn't get wine as it simply wasn't available. The only wine they drank was homemade fruit wine. It's really fascinating to see how different the world was for our grandparents, and it reminds me to be grateful for all the things we have today.🙏🏼
