Trump has to be wanting to engineer a recession. What else would describe his actions? He easily could have cut the size of government over the next two years with air less disruption.

He is firing people that voted for him which doesn’t make sense unless you have bigger plans. I don’t see the people who were fired voting republican anytime soon.

The people fired money into the economy and supported local businesses. This money is now gone, not hard to believe small businesses won’t be impacted…. Trump is playing with fire and to what end I have no idea. Thoughts?

My general approach: Observe and judge once the dust settles when you can actually derive any conclusions from whatever is happening. The corporate news narrative is pushing hard to train us into having on opinion on everything once it occurs. Don't play their game.

Disruptor in Chief hopes Elon takes much of the blame for gubment cuts. Teflon Don never pays. One day, he will face his maker, whomever that is, but until then, he will force us to see some breaks with tradition and form. Perhaps some good will emerge from his seemingly hap-hazard manner. Until then, we must dig deep, discard big government, self-rely.

I hope you are right because people losing their jobs is a big deal. They built lives around these jobs, putting down roots, saving for retirement, putting their kids through school etc… There is a person and a family behind every job cut. Not saying it’s not necessary but I hope it for a bigger purpose than just slash and burn.
