Utilize the energy throughout the day and better sleep/less fat storage by not eating close to bed.
Considering moving to this for a month or two.
I think you also have better insulin sensitivity first thing in the morning.
I suppose the meal would sustain you throughout the day?
You burn off whatever you eat from the morning, if you eat at night it will just sit there π
You sleep better when your gut bacteria (aka your second brain) doesnβt have any work to do.
No argument. Coffee in the morning is a key strategy for fasting and this would kill the flow.
It's this one simple trick that works really well if you want to turn yourself into a fucking psychopath
What are you optimizing for? Surely not athletic performance.
I can't imagine doing 3000cals/day in one meal without being stoned off my gord.
Work needs more energy than sleep
I do lunch as my meal and it has worked really well for me
Both bad compared to midday lunch + siesta right after
