Peeled some loofas last night. I grew these and will be gifting them out for Christmas. 🎄

Do you pick them when they are still green and let them dry or do you let them dry on the vine? What’s your process?
I let these all dry on the vine, but you can also harvest green and requires drying.
It was as a little difficult peeling the skin but apparently you can soak the in water and the skin comes off easier.
