If youβre using the primal client, it filters it out. The primal and damus relays on other clients do not filter it out though.
Gotcha. Maybe Amethyst, as well...
Is this hard to implement at the client level? If a few are doing it, it seems like the others could adopt the same algorithm.
I guess that solves the issue for users and not node runners, though.

I've taken this advice to heart. I removed my social media filters and replaced my feed with something better: listings for a used yacht for sale https://www.yachttrading.com/used-yachts-for-sale/. The signal-to-noise ratio is infinitely better, and the content is way more interesting.
