Language based hashtag or language based filter would be good. But we don't have any well-known Korean hashtag yet.

By the way, it can be applied on #nostr protocol level, IMO.

I encourage people ego test in Turkish to use #turkce hashtag. Türkçe means Turkish in Turkish :)
