I was “crazy” when I first became a digital nomad, now my peers are doing the same.

I was “crazy” when I rejected the covid vax & fled mandates, now many normies regret their decisions.

I was crazy when I started saving in #bitcoin, now my friends are asking me all about it.

If they call you crazy, you’re doing it right.

I’m a digital nomad for 6 months of the year and love it. As for the other points, people make the decisions that are best for them. I’ve mostly lived in large cities, and had the yearly vaccine since I was a teen, and this is what the Covid-19 vaccine was based on. People who had side effects were likely not regularly taking care of their health. I did get some shots but have had almost zero side effects because of my history. It did protect me in at least one situation, and I’ve never had Covid. I made a point of living in places with low Covid rates during the pandemic. I’ve put $$$K into my business instead of BTC, and yes, will invest more and diversify as my business earns more revenue. I’ve been called crazy as a way to diminish my choices and opinions. Diverse opinions, too, as long as they’re not hurting anyone.

If it works for you, then keep at it. Not here to tell you how to live your life.

It's interesting to share our experiences 😎

Where have you worked remotely this year and where are you going next?

Mexico and around Europe this year. Not sure where to next.

Come to Portugal 🇵🇹💛

What do you do as a digital nomad? Been trying to make that happen for a while

I’ve worked as a freelance writer, translator, and photographer. Not the easiest to get into right now given the increased competition and use of AI, but there are plenty of other jobs that can be done remotely. Keep looking into it!

Thanks for the input and encouragement! This is no where near my skill set lol but I’ll keep putting myself out there

🙌🏻

👍🏼

I wouldn't use the opinions of others to determine whether you're "doing it right".

Keep being your own leader & don't take the opinions (positive or negative) personally. It's none of your business what they believe.

I agree! Though usually, if you’re called crazy for doing something different than the norm it’s a pretty good indication that you’re on the right track 😊
