You can do that entire kinesthetic alignment crap in dryfire. The confirmation of the shooting doesn't, and shouldn't, be done with your eyes closed. Predictive shooting is done without any sight confirmation anyway so it's basically the same even with eyes open.

Those ridiculous slow mo draws are nearly completely pointless in a live fire drill. That can be trained in dryfire if need be.

Even his cadence at 10 and 15 becomes ridiculously slow.

He also shoots a good chunk of the video at like 2 yards. Nothing wrong with that, but 2 yards is full send in every scenario.

This is complete garbage.

I agree with the first and 2nd paragraphs. Generally shooting any live round with eyes closed is not something that should be normalized or rehearsed.

Cadence at 10-15 was actually still pretty fast/accurate, but sounded super slow do to his 2m cadence. That is a separate conversation for shooting at that distance

It took him 3 seconds to fire 5 shots at 15 yards. That is not a good cadence. Not at all. Splits should be in the .35 range. Dude isn't a particularly good shooter and he's a worse teacher.
