Funny, we’re opposites. I stopped doing bench cause I kept in hurting my shoulder. So I stick with push-ups for the most part
Yeah that’s a problem a lot of people get. I’ve fixed most of my shoulder pain thru warm up, mobility training, and making sure I don’t lift with my shoulders.
