I lost 60 pounds low carb, stalled out, lost another 75 carnivore (while adding muscle) & seem to be chipping away at the 30ish I still need to lose

I'm also much more positive / less depressed

I've been carnivore for about 2 years and experience unpleasant effects of trying different keto-type deviations (eg meat products with celery, dark chocolates, nuts etc)

So I stick to carnivore
