What did you consider as success when you were on the carnivore diet?

And I understand your skepticism; it probably doesn't help that there are many similar diets out there right now that are all low carb, each with its own reasoning about what is OK or necessary to ingest.

I lost 60 pounds low carb, stalled out, lost another 75 carnivore (while adding muscle) & seem to be chipping away at the 30ish I still need to lose

I'm also much more positive / less depressed

I've been carnivore for about 2 years and experience unpleasant effects of trying different keto-type deviations (eg meat products with celery, dark chocolates, nuts etc)

So I stick to carnivore
