I have an iron man in a month. Then over the winter I’m gonna do the FTP builder on Zwift! Do you Zwift?

Good luck at the ironman! That is pretty intense, haha. This is gonna be the 3rd winter season I use zwift. Due to various (health) issues i havent been able to go cycling since 6 months or so, so actually that ftp builder sounds great for me to get back in.
