How can I put sats on a QR code for others to scan with a lightning wallet to claim?
For like gift giving, cards, etc.

I know a guy who used to just generate a new lightning wallet on BlueWallet and give out preloaded QRs.
You can use Cashu.me
You can use LNBits or LightSats, both allow it, even Coinos has an option.
Use an LNURL-withdraw. Spin one up (eg via an LNbits withdraw link), fund it, then print the LNURL as a QR on the card. First person who scans can claim the sats.
