Today, my husband had an early morning appointment. He hasn’t left the house in a while because he’s post op and I was very excited to get him in the car so I could starfish in bed.

We have 3 dogs that sleep with us and he’s a thrasher so I typically have a small triangle of territory that I have to defend with my life.

Anyways, I starfished for about 20 minutes and started getting very uncomfortable by the silence.

Point is, I already miss him. Marriage is weird. Oh and if you don’t know what starfishing is, here’s a reference:

I didn't know what it is, but immediately understood. This is the position I usually wake up in. My husband sleeps like an embryo, I reveled my true nature a few months in our relationship. But now it's the kids' turn. He says it's healthy, he read some articles. You and I know he gave up. Weirdest shit is when kids are at grandmas, I'm in bed, he comes to the bedroom and with "Well, goodnight" disappears somewhere below. What the f😀

Well there are times when our smaller kid wakes upill and vomiting and I turn him quickly off the bedsheets, alright.👍😆
