Today will be day 7 for no caffeine and pop for me! So excited to get 1 week under my belt. Next I will be working on limiting fast food. Have also been intermittent fasting 11-6. Will eventually start working out every day. Very excited to get my self back in top shape. πŸ§‘πŸ’œ
