Today will be day 7 for no caffeine and pop for me! So excited to get 1 week under my belt. Next I will be working on limiting fast food. Have also been intermittent fasting 11-6. Will eventually start working out every day. Very excited to get my self back in top shape. π§‘π

It is, but after the 5 day mark. It slowly got easier. I had a lot more energy and focus before my caffeine addiction. And at 5 coffees and 2 energy drinks a day, I needed to do something.
