No. I have a 3' flat brake and a 12" box/pan finger brake, an electric metal shear a drill and a dremmel (for small cuts with a cutting disc). Lol.

Here's an example of my design process (I'm so crude, apologies). I had to invent my own system for this kind of work... totally unschooled. 😂 
I found that there are several glues that will bind vinyl to steel. The trick is to wrap the steel before it's bent.
I use a scrap piece of vinyl fabric between the wrapped steel and the metal brake while bending. It stretches the vinyl nicely over the metal and comes out clean. I invented that. Lol.
