Oh no! I've done similar...except it was a pretty glass swirly icicle Christmas ornament on the ottoman 😐. Luckily I was wearing jeans when it exploded under my butt and there was no damage to me 😂.
Yikes, and good thing! Glass slivers in your derrière sounds less than ideal.
