My point is Nostr is a chronological timeline of community conversation and action.

Thinking about followers is useless but “the amount you follow” is important and engaging with community is even more.

As you navigate other clients your discoverability is increased and your experience is just better.

Following let’s say 50 top “Twitter accounts” is no different than actually being on Twitter.

If you are writing a book about the backend and the technicals maybe it doesn’t matter but if you are writing from a community or emotional standpoint I feel you wouldn’t have a clue.

I appreciate the conversation. I hope you don’t think I’m coming too strong. That’s not my intention. 🫂

Are you aware of my content? Or only of the fact that i have 30something follows on this profile?

I am not. I’ll dive in. I started reviewing after I responded and think we’re talking apples and oranges.

Please do 🙂 there is a reason why we asked nostr:npub1t6jxfqz9hv0lygn9thwndekuahwyxkgvycyscjrtauuw73gd5k7sqvksrw to do the Nostr keynote at FOSDEM 😉

To be fully transparent. I commented last night after some beverages. Got over my skis following up. 🤣
