Dr. Anthony Chaffee tells it like it is.

The notion of "good sugar" and "bad sugar" is nonsense. It all glycates your cells just the same, and is therefore indisputably a detractor from optimal health.

The fruit & honey influencers telling you otherwise are either stupid, trying to sell you something, or seeking a follower boost by telling people what they WANT to hear. Sorry #peatstr 🤷‍♂️

I agree all sugar is bad for you but I will still indulge in some locally sourced honey to help with my seasonal hay fever.

Plants aren't food, but they can be medicine

You're dialed in 🎯

My hay fever disappeared when I cut out all plants and sugars. Now when I sneeze it's a total surprise and usually from histamine in egg whites or a new salt brand I hadn't ingested before.

most glycation in the body is not directly linked to sugar but to reactive compounds like methylglyoxal, which can arise from carbohydrate, fat, and even protein metabolism

see Chris Masterjohn's extensive work on this

are fat and protein trying to kill you too?

your body prefers sugar as a fuel, in fact even if you go on an extended fast and eat nothing, your body will make its own sugar to keep your blood glucose from dropping too low

This. Masterjohn is great.
