They won't. Remember CMC was bought by Binance. They don't like Bitcoin as they push for their own shitcoin, they didn't even support lightning until recently.
Unit bias is when people think they are better off buying a "whole" shitcoin because they can't afford a whole Bitcoin.
Imagine if we could get coinmarketcap to denominate Bitcoin in sats instead of wholecoins.
