I was standing in line to pay for my groceries and some elder dude was standing right behind me, breathing at my neck and violating my personal space. How do you deal with such people with no sense of what personal space even means?

I tried to lean and stick out my right leg but I have too short legs for this trick to work :)

When I found myself in such situations I kinda miss social distancing and all that shit that also obliterated traffic jams! two years of no traffic jams. people showed they can work from home but now they are like "I could work from home but why if I can go chatting in the office and drive 1h more because we are all going into offices yuppie yay"
