Did you disable express graph sync?
Possible that the node is rescanning. Can verify and track status under the LND logs You can either 1) wait 10 min with the app open and it should complete normal operation or 2) go to advanced embedded node settings and delete the neutrino data and resync (it’s the button at the bottom)
I’ve been having the same problem. I tried the solutions you mentioned already and my lightning channel is still offline.
Might want to tweak your Neutrino settings. Toggle at the top may help.
Curious if you guys are dealing with issues with Neutrino due to high latency. If you can, consider running the following command on a desktop and reporting back:
ping btcd1.lnolymp.us
Neutrino has some issues once you get close to 300ms ping
most on mine are between 50-150 but about 1/10 are about 300.
I've had this node running for a few weeks but I cant get my channel back online.

If you’ve 1) already resynced the block headers by going to Advanced > Delete Neutrino data then I would say try
2) Reset Express Graph Sync data. Stale network data can cause network state to get out of sync. Setting > Embedded Node > Express Graph Sync, hit the second toggle (Reset) and restart
if #2 fails,
3) Must be an RPC server issue. Attempt to create an invoice and see if Zeus is returning one successfully. If that fails check LND Logs to see if RPC server is having issues starting
