I actually enjoy in-person more. I'm currently hybrid, and a lot of people I work with (almost everyone including leadership) is abusing the hybrid/remote system. Barely anything is getting accomplished and it's soul-crushing as a driven person. I guess that's acceptable for an entire site to produce almost nothing for a few years if you work for a corporation 🤷‍♂️
