Homemade cheesecake is awesome. I’ve been meaning to make one for about half a year now but it’s never the right time 😅

My uncle’s secret for cheesecake is mix sugar with sour cream to taste and let it rest until thoroughly dissolved, then mix again until smooth. Put this on top of your finished cheesecake. It covers any cracks and brings the cheesecake to another level. You can still put fruit, etc. on top when it’s chilled.
