Yeah, it tasted amazing. Used the good Greek olive oil and sliced some green olives in it and the local unbleached flour. 🤌🏼

You have to keep the dough a bit wet, almost like a ciabatta.

But i see cheese, as it should be, in the greek salad. What cheese is it?

Feta from sheep's milk
