Does it support LNURL?

You can pay an lnurl yes

What about receiving? I imagine not otherwise a lot of people would use it in their nostr profile

No you can’t right now. Technically, lnurl is tricky with non-custodial solutions

What makes it tricky?

My understanding is that the receiver has to be online to receive payment which is no problem for custodial wallets like WoS bc they are a company with a large node. But bc phoenix is literally a small LN node in your phone, you can’t count on having the phone on and app open whenever users want to receive lnurl payment

I'd like to receive zaps directly to my lightning node, which IS always online. Can't figure out how to get LNURL to work with it tho. There must be a way.

LNbits!! They have lots of extensions including lnurl

Yeah I'm using LNbits but the problem is that your wallet can't communicate with my node to fetch an invoice

Are you using LNURLp extension?

Yep, believe so
