Just don't put it on the pizza!!!

Never lol

Cinnamon, star anise, cloves?

Yes ๐Ÿ‘Œ but you need Ceylon cinnamon if you plan of drinking it often.

I'm shocked I got it all! ๐Ÿ˜

Why do you recommend only that kind of cinnamon?

Apparently too much of the other one (Cassia cinnamon - from China) contains coumarin, which can be toxic. In rodents, coumarin is known to cause kidney, liver and lung damage. Many people like it more because it has a stronger, spicier flavorโ€ฆ and a few times wonโ€™t kill you, but I imagine if you are drinking this tea often it could build up and become toxic.

Thank you for the warning! I had no idea about that. Now I need to knew where all the cinnamon in some of my favorite teas is sourced. ๐Ÿ˜… It is still better to know. Thank you, Duchess!

I would guess most is the cinnamon from China ๐Ÿ‡จ๐Ÿ‡ณ๐Ÿ˜ฃ itโ€™s yummy, but yeah, best not to have daily. Iโ€™m happy that I was able to pass some information down.

You are always a source of good knowledge and experience. Thank you again. ๐Ÿ˜

Hmmm I grow Pineapples and this is something I have not thought of!

Omg wow! Thatโ€™s amazing, now I want to grow some!

Try the tea and tell me if you like it.

So I see the pineapple rhine, star anise, cinnamon maybe??

What all you have in the pot?
