my personal record for bicycling was about 100km in a day in the region of Venezia (it's very flat)

so, doing this kind of distance without the convenience of two wheels is impressive

I can idle and hop, so 0 km/hr

how many hours a day can you do this for?

i'm guessing between 10 and 15km/h is typical speed so that is a 4-6 hour business and probably quite taxing

on my 100km day i was probably averaging about 15km/h and so it would have been around 7 hours solid riding
