It's unbelievable how much easier life is when you feel supported, and how much harder it is when you're not.

Being kind can change the way people perceive the world, it doesn't take much! 🕊❤️

If you think being supported is going to get you thru that's actually detrimental. You have to accomplish support within the first 🫡
