The tax would apply annually to unrealized gains on cryptocurrencies.

The proposal now awaits a vote in the National Assembly.

When you buy from bisq or robosats, how do you pay so that it is no kyc?

Paying from private individual to private individual is therefore not KYC.

Obviously both parties unless they decide to pay by cash or anonymous methods will have data on each other.

So, it comes down to handing cash directly
