Thai Herbal Hot Pot 🥵

A fun, delicious, and comforting way to enjoy a meal!

The broth is light and fragrant, made with bone broth and Thai herbs like lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal, and shallots. It’s soothing, aromatic, and perfect for dipping or sipping.

For the dipping sauce, I mixed fish sauce, tamarind, lime juice, palm sugar, chili flakes, and toasted rice powder—creating a balance of salty, sour, spicy and slightly sweet flavors.

For the meats, I went with sliced beef tenderloin, pork loin, and pork belly, marinated with eggs, salt, a bit of soy sauce, and a pinch of baking soda to keep them tender and juicy. Then, I added my favorite fresh veggies for extra flavor and texture.

Just dip, cook, and enjoy! Who’s in for a hot pot night? 🍲🔥
