The SEC sucks. Coinbase has been asking for guidelines from the SEC and has been totally cooperative with them. The SEC ignored Coinbase and is not going to sue them? Give me a break…even if you think they have un-registered securities in their platform, this is not how regulation should be playing out in the USA.

Coinbase is sucks too. It was them buying the company Neutrino and members of the company Hacking Team to do chain analyses en masse and sharing all that data with 3-letter agencies in the US.

By the way, they're still doing that.

Off course not. What they wanted to do is acquiring the whole company Hacking Team, but after that blew up on social media, they just hired some employees from that company.

I’ll have to check it out. I just watched the Coinbase movie last week and Brian addressed it and said they fired them, but of course they may have re-hired some.
