I cannot concentrate. It's afternoon and I accomplished nearly nothing, not even a strip for Nostr. What do you do to concentrate?

Also I'm sitting in the middle of big indoors playground, my kid already bashed his head and they fought literally on me twice, stole rubber from my headphones and right over me is a huge noisy slide with fake grass for those heavy rings/sleigh, that might have something to do with it.
