WH's book has inspired me to practice the breathing, and cold exposure this winter. We are currently at 6-11°C and I am still wearing my summer outfits: shorts, t-shirts, and sandals.

It's amazing how the body can adapt, and generate enough internal heat to remain functional. I'm addicted! 🤩
