With how small nostr is, it's a waste of sats right now to pay for relays you don't know the owner of.
I would consider hosting your own with nostr:npub10npj3gydmv40m70ehemmal6vsdyfl7tewgvz043g54p0x23y0s8qzztl5h using his website https://relay.tools
That way you're gaining some skills while we're still early.
