How different the world would be if we viewed love as something to give rather then something to take.

😭💯🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂💜🥹 maybe it makes it that much more special when you do finally find someone who gives as much. That way we don’t take it for granted 🥹
Maybe it is our fault,
thinking that everyone has the Heart
to love truly,
when in truth, Love,
is no small effort,
rather a sacred bond,
extended, in and out of time,
beyond the understanding
of our scared little minds.🌺💜
This is beautiful ♥️
Merci à vous, d'ailleurs j'ai dû faire un recadrage à nostr:npub1el3mgvtdjpfntdkwq446pmprpdv85v6rs85zh7dq9gvy7tgx37xs2kl27r par rapport au sens sacré d'un ami, qui n'a rien à voir avec des connaissances virtuelles sociologiquement nostr

"When I speak of love....I am speaking of that force which all of the great religions have seen as the supreme unifying principle of life. Love is somehow the key that unlocks the door which leads to ultimate reality." -Dr. King
Sadly that is the reason why some people take advantage of that love. They do not view the love but want to control the person.
Many of us fail to recognize Love and mistakenly confuse it with Attraction, Attention, Affection... And that's how we end up with a broken heart. But that is also how we learn, that with each heartbreak comes a lesson and each lesson brings us closer to Home.💜🌺
Beautifully written. To me a broken heart is an unmet expectation. It's something you hoped to receive but didn't. However if you never expect to receive, but to give, then you can somewhat protect yourself from disappointment.
I recommend "the four loves" by C.S. Lewis if you enjoy the topic. In spite of his religious affiliation Lewis is a great philosopher and has a deep understanding of human psychology.
