What is missing from this to disqualify “open source”?
So it depends what your main concern is.
If you believe that anyone should be able to take their code base, package it up and sell it commercially for profit - then yes, this is no longer part of their licensing.
However, if your main concern is regarding being able to audit the code and fork it for personal use if you like, then none of that has changed.
It comes down to personal preference, and for me it's just about auditability.
