Depends on the person. They need agency, curiosity, humility, and intelligence. Many of my coworkers fit this profile, and I have been fairly successful in orange pilling (not just a few sats…buying a whole coin or more each).

Also it helps to start with the problem: government money and banking - and it helps if they have at least a basic understanding of how these actually work.
