I have terrible posture and chronic back pain. Today, I did 25 minutes of yoga because the pain was unbearable—and just like that, it disappeared. I’m honestly angry at myself. Something this simple can change my quality of life, yet I haven’t been doing it regularly. That has to change.
Starting now, I’m committing to at least 10 minutes of yoga every single day. I’ve heard it takes 21 days to build a habit, so this is my public accountability post. I’ll update here daily to stay consistent.
